When we came up with the idea of offering our technology to help recruitment agencies to sell RPO services we thought it was a no brainer for recruitment agencies. But what was it that Mike Tyson says? “Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face!”
Well we knew that we just needed to get out into the market and talk to recruitment agency owners about this idea. There is no better way to do this than booking an exhibition stand at London Olympia and getting to speak with 100+ recruitment agency owners across two days.
The result? Well we thought it best to check in with Sean who spent two days on stand talking with agency owners, “It was a really enlightening few days. We had a mixture of people who marched up to the stand having read about what we are doing in the event brochure and other people who were innocently walking by who we managed to snag and get a chance to pitch to.
“Overall, the response was excellent. The concept is easy to understand — use our technology to help deliver RPO services to your sector. We have dozens of people who are very keen to start the conversation with us about how they can look to partner with hireful.”
We look forward to exhibiting at the next Recruitment Agency expo in Birmingham in October.
