We started life as an IT recruitment agency and we know the struggle. Staff came and went. Clients came and went. Every month we started with £0 written revenue and went to battle to hit the big target. Some months we hit, some months we didn’t.

To be honest, we were a good recruitment agency, but not a great one.

The course is modular by design but is most effective when rolled out end-to-end in a timeframe to suit your needs. Typically, providing module 1 is positive then modules 2-6 will be rolled out in a 3-6 month timeframe with module 7 including hourly monthly sessions for up to 6 months if required.

Depending on your requirements; they can flex programme cost for a one off discounted fee or on a monthly basis over 12 months, which delivers all modules including full sales and delivery support, or they are able to provide modules on an ad-hoc and as required basis.

Whilst Hireful RPS does not require our partners to undertake this program with Milestones, we certainly recommend it as this is a big strategic change for your business and most agencies will need support to execute this well and to maximise the opportunity.
